Zariah is currently exhibiting at the Lahaina Arts Society, the historical waterfront gallery of Lahaina, Maui. On display is her new collection of unusual, elegant paintings-- others besides those shown above-- interlaced with a mystical Island theme and layered symbology. These works are offered in celebration of the rare beauty and sacredness inherent within Hawaiian and Polynesian nature, mythology and spirituality.

Visit the gallery for the unique opportunity to meet the artist in person, ask questions, "talk story", and discuss the possibilities for special commissions.

Zariah also gives ongoing workshops and children's art classes. She teaches watercolor painting, mixed media, fun playful projects, and she likes to incorporate natural materials, guiding kids to create their own treasures. (Such items as shells, sand, rice paper, seeds, tree barks, dried flowers, herbs, stones, twigs, feathers ...) The intention, the focus of these teachings, is to develop skills, confidence, cooperation and as well to appreciate the simple gifts of our Mother Earth, creating in honor of Her.The kids are individually encouraged to express their own spirit of originality. They are empowered to have a voice in how they envision a better world, in what solutions they propose to cocreate a more peaceful, loving future.

If you would like to purchase kid's artworks, which may be viewed at Zariah's seasonal student's art displays, or make a donation, 100% of the proceeds will fund the Lahaina Arts Society's (non-profit) children's art program.
